Top Fuel Dragster $300.00 Invitational July 18, 2009 Lynwood recently held the Pro Point Series Race 2 of 6 at Lynwood R/C Dragway. Racers competed in Nitro Top Fuel Dragster, Nitro Pro Modified, Lipo Top Fuel Dragster, and Bracket classes.
The final rounds came down to some tight match-ups in each class. Results are listed below:

Rey "Stangrey" Perez Pro Modified Tom "Iceman" Olszewski defeated Thomas Cooks
Tom "Iceman" Olszweski Nitro Top Fuel Dragster Marcus "Big Pound" Hall defeated Jack Lawbough
Marcus "Big Pound" Hall Lipo Top Fuel Dragster "Big" Wil Judkins defeated Tom "Iceman" Olszweski

After a morning and afternoon test and tune session, two rounds of qualifying were completed to set up the ladders. Results listed below:
Lipo Top Fuel Dragster #1 Qualifier "Big" Wil Judkins @ 1.45 e.t. Grandmotorsports T/F
Nitro Top Fuel Dragster #1 Qualifier Jack Lawbaugh @ 1.62 e.t. Team Walbern Dragster
Nitro Pro Modified #1 Qualifier Kevin Moore @ 1.84 e.t. Team Walbern P/M
Bracket #1 Qualifier Dave Ridenhower @ .407 r.t.
Among the top performers were Tom "Iceman" whom powerered his Lipo T/F to a 1.50 that put him at the #2 qualifying spot in lipo t/f. Ken "Tuslow" Skinner placed his Litespeed Engineering powered Area 51 T/F nitro dragster into the #2 qualifying position with a 1.68 e.t. in the nitro t/f class.
